At Hazel we love to see our pupils dressed in the school colours, proudly showing that they're a member of the Hazel Community.
All children at Hazel are expected to wear school uniform.
- It gives the children a sense of belonging and being part of the school
- The risk of bullying regarding a pupils clothing is significantly reduced
- When attending educational visits, children can easily be identified as belonging to Hazel Community Primary School
- It prepares children for secondary school
Football shirts and fashion items are not acceptable school clothing and children will be asked to change.
Footwear should be suitable for school wear – Flat shoes and no trainers.
All clothing brought to school should be named. PE kits, (Royal Blue shorts or jogging bottoms, white T-shirt and trainers) should be kept in a bag labelled with your child’s name.
School fleeces and bookbags are available from the school office.
Any Royal Blue sweatshirt, jumper, cardigan or fleece available from any high street shop or supermarket is an acceptable alternative to the school items.
